At Wattsup Customs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke home hardware and electrical fixtures. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the items in their original custom packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instruction manuals, and protective wraps are included to avoid damage.

Ship to Our Warehouse

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our facility.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
